Diversity at Made Tech in 2021

We want to foster a diverse, happy and well-supported team. Last September, we asked everyone in Made Tech to complete a diversity and inclusion survey. It was a chance to see how well we’re actually doing in achieving that goal. I want to share results from the survey, and the steps we’re taking next – including things to address as top priority.

Black History Month is a time of sharing at Made Tech

This month, we celebrate Black history, and to mark Black History Month at Made Tech, we’ve decided to put together a few team interviews to get a better insight to what Black history and culture means to our team members.

Connecting loved ones: building the NHS Book a virtual visit service in 48 hours

The simple digital service enables ward staff to book in calls which we hope will reduce the burden on staff having to do this manually and reduce the number of calls to wards from loved ones. From the loved ones perspective they receive an SMS stating when their virtual visit is booked for and receive a unique link to join the call when the ward is ready.
