Tess Barnes is a technical stakeholder, coach and lead engineer on strategic and short term tactical projects. She works in and mentors co-located and remote teams and specialises in software and operational projects in the public sector.

Sonia Singh

Senior Delivery Manager

Sonia Singh is a Senior Delivery Manager with experience working in central government and has led on the delivery of many high-profile projects. Sonia thrives in building and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement as well as creating lasting relationships with teams and clients.

Sarah Sykes

Designer

Sarah Sykes is an interaction and service designer at Made Tech. She’s passionate about designing usable and accessible products and services for the public sector. Sarah has a strong background in visual design having made a career change from another design field 2 years ago.
