Because of the digital tool finder, more children and young people in Gloucestershire can get the right care for them, at the right time.”

Hazel Jones, Head of Health at Made Tech, says: “This tool helps children, young people and their families in Gloucestershire get the right support for them, and we’re delighted to see it recognised at these prestigious awards, which shines a spotlight on the innovation helping to improve our health and care systems.”
