Boosting digital skills for transformational change

About this event

The public sector is having a tough time finding and keeping people with the digital skills to bring about meaningful change – for a lot of different reasons. From delivery managers, user-centred design specialists, developers to data and cyber security experts – we’re facing the same challenges.

We’ll explore challenges recruiting and retaining, and ways to overcome them. Together we’ll talk through the steps you can take to help people in their digital, data and technology careers, including:

  • frameworks for successful secondments
  • bootcamp academy programmes
  • scaling skill-swaps between public sector and supplier organisations
  • newer offerings for graduate programmes

Join us and DWP Digital on this Digital Leaders event, as we look at how to put robust processes in place to transfer skills from suppliers to public sector teams and organisations.

We’ll discuss the digital skills needed right now – and how to develop them.

We’ll also explore how we can work collaboratively, sharing data and resources to build digital skills, and how we can work together to make a real impact.
