  • Manage team capacity, work plans, and schedules across complex or multiple work streams to balance client delivery with Made Tech’s commercial objectives.
  • Mentor and coach mid-level and associate PMO Analysts, delegating operational tasks where appropriate to ensure their contributions align with the overall PMO strategy.
Delivery Assurance Support
  • Establish, maintain, and mature PMO standards and governance across your assigned portfolio of projects.
  • Proactively oversee complex dependencies and robust RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs, ensuring action plans are identified and remediations are tracked to conclusion.
  • Schedule and facilitate high-level reviews and health checks for complex work streams/SoWs to ensure projects remain on track.
  • Act as a senior figure and active participant in the Delivery Management community
  • Handle advanced stakeholder negotiations and manage expectations.

Capability Improvements
  • Take a lead role in building and implementing plans to improve Agile delivery management and PMO capabilities across the business.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in Agile project management disciplines to continuously elevate best practices and process standardisation.
  • Partner with the Lead PMO Analyst to implement continuous improvements to the PMO service catalogue.

Skills, knowledge and expertise

  • Advanced Data Skills: Expert spreadsheet capabilities (advanced formulas, data validation, pivot tables, macros, and complex data visualisation).
  • Delivery Experience: Substantial experience leading or supporting complex business change programs within the full lifecycle of cross-functional Agile projects.
  • Stakeholder & Negotiation Skills: Confident communication skills with the ability to use soft power to influence peers, manage C-Suite expectations, and achieve required business outcomes.
