As a Talent Acquisition Lead you will be a valued person delivering excellent hiring practices and world-class data to an engaged and supportive business as part of our journey to positively impact the future of the country by using technology to improve society, for everyone.

In this role you will be empowered to:

Design, deliver and embed best-in-class Talent acquisition processes and projects, ensuring regional perspectives are incorporated into the design and implementation of TA programs. This includes:

  • Design a reporting suite for senior leaders using our ATS (Workable)
  • Optimise our current TA technology stack and staying ahead of the curve with the latest in TA tech
  • Manage the entire TA tech stack (ATS, Jobs boards, Screening) and vendor relationships, service levels and agreements
  • Design processes to underpin excellent TA practice and enable our team to scale and expand at speed
  • Create workflows for all TA processes and work with Head of TA and leadership to continuously improve practices to ensure best in class candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Support in the design and on-going management of our Employer Value Proposition and Employer Brand - being fully handed-over from marketing
  • Continuously improve our recruitment processes to ensure world-class candidate and hiring manager experience

This is a new role supporting the Head of TA in creating and executing the Talent Acquisition programme strategy, identifying, supporting and delivering project requirements.

As our TA Programme Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Strategic Projects
  • Managing multiple projects with multiple work-streams that require inputs from Global HR and Business.
  • Leading on assigned projects and ensure key milestones, timeframes and budgets are continuously on track, updated and aligned.
  • Measuring the outcomes and outputs of projects and process improvements, and leverage quantitative results to inform direction of the business.
  • Conducting research and develop insights on external talent trends and best practices, processes and Tools
  • Systems implementation/capability assessment
  • Explore ways to improve current processes and review pain points
  • Sourcing Strategy
  • Analysis of attrition and internal movements, looking at regional/local requirements and industry trends
  • Align with regional HR and TA teams on Talent Pooling requirements based on business strategy
  • Introducing service level agreements with all suppliers
  • Reviewing contracts and deliverables for TA team

It would be great if you have:

  • Experience working in a matrix organisation, ideally a consultancy
  • Understanding of the Talent Acquisition process and how it supports a business
  • Helpful Qualification: Six Sigma certification and/or relative project management/process improvement experience
  • Knowledge of Google suite
  • Knowledge in project planning methodologies
  • Change management experience
  • You communicate clearly. You can change your style to suit the audience. You ask great questions to get to the heart of the issue
