Paula explains the difference between adaptive and technical problems, discusses the challenges involved in moving systems to the cloud, and introduces the strangler pattern as a way of gradually introducing new ways of working.
Paula Paul is a Distinguished Engineer with Greyshore Associates, where she works with organizations pursuing cloud adoption strategies and implementation. She’s had roles in product development, engineering management, consulting, and she’s led several modernization efforts along the way.
