  • Working as part of our growing Talent team in helping build new teams across the UK.
  • Partnering with the current Talent Coordinator to support both Contract and Permanent hiring.
  • Facilitate a seamless and enjoyable candidate experience to help our teams achieve our hiring goals.
  • Building strong relationships with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to manage the candidate experience and recruitment process.
  • Ongoing administration of our systems such as Slack, Airtable, Kimble and Google Suite.
  • Sending contracts for new joiners and ensuring any questions are passed on to the relevant person to answer in a timely manner.
  • Working closely with Community Managers to provide a smooth onboarding process for new starters.
  • Coordinating internal interview training for interviewers to be added to interview rota’s.
  • Working closely with other internal teams such as People, Operations and Marketing.

Permanent Hiring:

  • Scheduling a high volume of interviews and maintaining multiple trackers.
  • Maintaining relevant communication touch points with candidates during the interview process. We pride ourselves on our candidate journey and you will be the ambassador of this experience.
  • Regular communication with external agencies providing interview confirmation details and general progress updates for their candidates.
  • Diary management with international stakeholders across all levels of seniority.
  • Interview room bookings (when we eventually start using them again, we are in no rush by the way).
  • Using our ATS - Workable.

Contractor Hiring:

  • Management of the Managed Service Provider (MSP) contract hiring pipelines on Workable.
  • Scheduling CV screens and interviews.
  • Requesting project summaries and role descriptions from the account team to send to MSPs.
  • Checking candidates have Security Clearance if required, their IR35 status and day rate.
  • Regular check in’s with MSPs.
  • Linking in the People team and Operations when a hire is made for onboarding, Kimble set up and contract issuance.
  • Confirming start dates, notice period and contract length with MSPs.
  • Allocating new contractors to job in Kimble.


Role Overview

  • Academy: We run a tech academy twice a year and our Talent team have ownership of the attraction and management of this process. The new Talent Coordinator will be heavily involved in the orchestration of this process.

Salary range: £20,000 - £30,000 (depending on location/level)
